"My order that was placed on June 14th. I am getting no where with the so called customer service people and now they are not answering and they should have because they open at 8:00 wisconsin time. I was told yesterday that I would get an email stating my shipping information but I did not. I am getting frustrated with these people and it looks like I am not the only on as I read a number of reviews and they got a lot of 1 stars. To bad it seems like a good place but I am not convinced at this time. The owners name is nowhere to be found and just found out my order was on BO. I am suppose to hear today so we will see what happens. Customer service is horrible and would not recommend this company to a friend."
