Could not get through to customer service for the longest time. Left ~3 messages, emailed, no response for several days. Finally they did respond and the rep was very nice and friendly. She said as this was the height of the season (late spring/early summer) they were swamped and she apologized for the delay. Understandable, but I imagine if someone is in a pinch and really needs service they would be pulling their hair out. I'll assume that responses are much quicker during the rest of the year then. That's the only complaint. Everything else is good."
