"I am one of those pain in the neck customers who always looks for good service as well as the best price. I placed my first order with Pool Supply last week. I had a little difficulty with finding the right item and called. The woman on the phone was courteous and helpful and was able to identify the item for me which was a new grid system for my DE filter. I also ordered a new pool filter motor. Both items were priced very competitively, shipping was included and the items arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. I had one minor issue with the gasket kit not fitting and they credited me out without me needing to return it which made a lot of sense given it was a $15 part and returning and restocking would cost more than the item. They have a new customer and I hope the service continues."
