This is not true, there is no one there that returns calls. The message is a ploy to win your trust. The email is also a ploy to win trust. You will never get any one to respond. I have left numerous emails - none of them were answered. American Express is now trying to get my money back. Please do not be seduced by their pricing and their appearance of trust worthiness. Notice there are only payment options and no better business or good seller affiliations."
