I purchased an item that I can not use and they have not returned one phone call or email from me. I have done every thing I can to get them to talk to be about this and they don't answer their phones.

"Pools Only had the best price by far on the automatic chlorination system I needed to replace (they only last a few years). Easy ordering; shipped the next day via FedEx ground; and arrived about a week later (California to Florida). No problems. Tracking info was not emailed, but I think was available on their site; I just didn't look for it.

I have also purchased from American Best Pool Supply in the past, but their price was not competitive on this item."
