"Took 2 weeks to get a tracking number for an item that was ordered from their website although they charged my credit card right away. Info is incorrect on website, can't order with an electronic check, need a credit card and can't order 2nd day air ($20 option), both of these options show up when ordering.
Thru numerous phone calls finally got the tracking number, it was always "wait till tomorrow we'll have it", but they didn't.
Terribly unprofessional - never put me on hold - always listened to what they were saying in the background - at one point "Darnell" was bad mouthing a customer to another worker while I waited."
