"So, I purchased a SGS Wave Salt Chlorinator 1FIN-WAVE20 from this online store. They had the best price, hands down. Ordering we a breeze and the package was delivered 2 days later (way ahead of the estimated delivery time). The issue I have (and why I have a 3 / 5 is that the unit that was delivered was almost 2 years old. It was obviously new, but the sticker on the outside of the control module had a manufactured date of 4th Qtr 2016. When I called PoolSupply4Less about the fact that it's almost 2 years old, I was told it didn't matter, they have older units, and that they don't control what the warehouse sends out. I explained that a unit that's been sitting in a warehouse for almost 2 years isn't my definition of a new unit that I paid for. I was then told I can return it but I'd pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I said that's crazy, it's an almost 2 year old system. Not good way to do business. I ended up calling the manufacturer SGS [who was bought out by Custom Molded Products, LLC (“CMP”)], and talked to them about the issue (since PoolSupply4Less wasn't helping at all). After a lengthy conversation we concluded that it was very strange to sell almost 2 year old equipment but assured me that there shouldn't be any issues and if there are, I will have the full 5 year warranty. They took my serial number, registered it, and put notes against it about the age of the unit and when I purchased it, to make sure I still get the full 5 year warranty. Plus the manufacturer's tech support was very friendly and extremely knowledge about all technical aspects of their product. They were also very helpful regarding the questions I asked about the unit and about its specific install requirements.

"This is a very professional and helpful dealer. I had written them to get a recommendation for a in ground pool cleaner. I explained that my X7 Zodiac Quatro cleaner continued to hang up on my pool drain requiring me to to pull it free about every 1/2 hour. I have always purchased a Zodiac Baracuda and experienced the same problem. Poolsupply4less suggested I try a new model Zodiac MX8 cleaner.
