"Website says shipping was free on all merchandise, but you have to dig into the fine print and FAQs to discover that freight isn't part of the deal. The checkout didn't have the shipping added to it when I paid, yet, Billing failed to notify me by phone or email that they weren't shipping the item until the freight was paid. A week later I call to discover it on my own and was told by the receptionist that she was the only one working in the office. No ladder is currently being shipped, so my above ground pool is going unused during the hottest two weeks so far this summer. Thanks Poolsupplyclub, great customer service! "
