"On May 8, I purchased a Scrubo Zoom Automatic Pool Cleaner. Despite following the provided instructions and charging the device overnight, it failed to turn on. I promptly opened a return request but received no response for a week. A return label was only provided after I made a phone call.
I shipped the defective item back and requested a replacement. The item was delivered back to the seller four days ago, yet I have not received any further communication. When I called again, I was informed that it would take an additional two weeks to process the return, and only then would a replacement be shipped. This delay means I will not receive the new item until around July 10, which is two months since I placed the order and significantly reduces the usefulness of the purchase during the pool season.
The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. I have now requested a refund and must wait another two weeks for it to be issued for the defective item sold to me.
This level of service is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately."

Absolutely ZERO contact from the company until I got an email on 4/23 that it had shipped. That was actually just them printing the label and it didn't ship until 4/24.
Received 4/26, which is fine except the website said I would get it 5-6 days sooner and that is what I was relying on for installation of the part.
I reached out to customer service three times over this span to check on the item and shipping and never got a single reply.
NOT WORTH IT to save $30-40 versus other reliable companies that have any amount of customer service. "
"It is now after the estimated delivery date. Website says "Awaiting Fulfillment". Customer services says it already shipped but couldn't provide me tracking and insisted I must have missed their email confirmation (though I haven't deleted anything and don't have it, this is an email account I use very rarely so not much in there). They also ignored that their own website says it hasn't shipped.
While on hold my email address was signed up for over three dozen CNN Newsletter subscriptions. I guess in Texas this is offensive, for me it is just annoying to unsubscribe to them. Reach out to CNN to verify the IP address of the person that signed me up. "
"3/9/2020 - I purchased a 280 TankTrax Automatic Pool Cleaner. I installed the system as per the manufacturer’s instructions, it did not work.
I contacted PoolZoom customer support, they indicated that I would need to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer and verified the installation was correct, and the pool cleaner still does not function properly.
4/1/2020 - I contacted PoolZoom a second time to process a return, the rep indicated that I needed to go to the return function at the bottom of their website to file the return. I reviewed the conditions and found there would be a 25% restock fee and the product had to be unused and in the original packaging (for a defective unit?).
4/1/2020 - Contacted the manufacturer again, everything was accomplished as instructed, still - no joy, the manufacturer suggested I take the piece of crap to one of their approved repair stores.
4/2/2020 - Attempted to process the return through the PoolZoom website, the system indicated that it didn't recognize my purchase. Attempted to use the chat feature, no response.
4/2/2020 - I contacted Customer Service again, I had to leave a voicemail.
4/2/2020 - I contacted customer Service (again), the rep indicated that they would process the return at a 25% restock fee and i would receive the information via email by COB today. When I commented that this was not an item that should be put back in stock to be sold to another unsuspecting customer, the rep stated that I should have read the return policy prior to the purchase and she was no longer going to process the return.
4/2/2020 - I will file a dispute on the credit card charge and never do business with this company again.

"This place tried to scam me by selling me expired deckoseal. Deckoseal has a maximum 1 year shelf life (if using the two part formula). The product they shipped me was more than 2 years old. Given that they "repackaged" the product, they clearly knew what they were doing. Don't buy from them."

"Cancelled my order after almost two weeks of holding my money. Reason was the product had no in stock date from manufacturer and would simply take to long to deliver. After contacting the manufacturer myself they said in fact no it’s the normal 5 day turnaround. Letting poolzoom know they completley changed their story to freight cost increased. Now they said they would keep my order only if I paid freight costs of $635. The entire freight cost. Not the amount it increased by. Honesty goes a long way. Instead I got fed lies and tried to be gouged. Horrible company"
