"I was pleased with my purchase from Pop Culture Spot having purchase three dozen bobbing head dogs for a little office party that we put together. The prices were quite good, we received the order three days after ordering, and they threw in a gift item. Very pleased and I'll add them to my holiday shopping list of stores."
"I was referred to popculturespot.com by a friend who bought wedding ducks for use as part of her table decorations for her wedding party. I was in the market for another product for our holiday party that was coming up in December and inquired with them about pricing and availability.
I received the price quote the same day and just needed to be sure that the product would be available in the quantity that I needed by the end of November. I was told that it would be no problem and the order would arrive much sooner. I received the package three days later from the post office.
I was very pleased with their business and did make another small order in December. Thanks!!"
"Here's is what happened with my situation: I had made a purchase elsewhere for my daughter's bat mitzvah for a Movie Clap Board and received the product, but the quality of the product wasn't good. The service with the other business was excellent, but the product wasn't what we needed.
I ended up speaking with popculturespot.com to see if they stocked the same product or if their product was manufactured elsewhere. They assured me that the product was supplied from a different manufacturer and that the product would be perfect for her bat mitzvah, but that we could always return the product if it didn't work.
I'm pleased to say that we received the order in four days from the shipment and that it was exactly what we needed. The dimensions were the same as the other, but the clap board did not have the manufacturing defects that we found in the other product. We received a bulk quantity discount and what made the product really work is that they had each clap board boxed individually, so it worked out perfectly for the kids. We were giving them to the kids as part of their goodie bag from the party part of the event.
Thank you.

"We needed a large quantity of bobble head dogs for a company event. The product quality was very good and the order was received quickly, actually faster than we expected. I hope to use them again in the future."
"PopCultureSpot.com is a fraud. My daughter ordered 4 bobble heads that they never shipped. No reply after contacting their customer service by e-mail several times. You can't speak to anyone live. Basically they stole $15 from me. My advice is to stay away from these crooks! "
"I was quite pleased with our purchase from PopCultureSpot.com. The delivery was made in 3 days to us across the country, which I thought was superb for the holiday time.
We purchase 3 bobble head dolls and 10 keychains for stocking stuffers. The quality of the products was quite good and the pricing was excellent. I found one other store online that stocked the keychain I was looking at and although the price was 10 cents less than PopCultureSpot.com's per unit pricing, the shipping at the competitor was $8.00 higher than them, so the math was obvious, PopCultureSpot.com had way better pricing overall.
I would recommend them for fun and quirky gifts."
"PopCultureSpot.com is a pleasant store at which to shop, but its website needs improvement.
The store has a wide variety of novelty products, and it provides moderately fast shipping. (My order took 8 calendar days to arrive via USPS First-Class Mail.) Moreover, PopCultureSpot.com has at least one prompt customer service representative, since the e-mail I sent to the store was answered within one business day. The store, to top it all off, has a simple and relatively secure (128-bit encryption) checkout process, making the store's site easy and reassuring to use in my case.
The site's simplicity is, ironically, a weakness as well as a strength. Most items on the website are listed as if they were available to purchase now, but some of these items are actually out of stock. I realized this fact the hard way, when I did not receive one of the items in my order. The missing item turned out to be on back order, but PopCultureSpot.com never notified me of this problem, until I e-mailed the store's customer service about my incomplete shipment.
The good news is that the store's customer service sent me a refund for the item; the bad news is that this refund was $0.30 short. PopCultureSpot.com never apologized, nor did they give justification for this shortage.
Since I used PayPal to pay for my order, PayPal probably charged PopCultureSpot.com a $0.30 fee to receive my payment. (I am not making this up. Click on the "Fees" link of the PayPal website to see what I am talking about.) Thus, the amount I received as a refund was probably the same amount that the store received when I paid for my order. PopCultureSpot.com could not give me a penny more on my refund without losing money.
So PopCultureSpot.com is justified in shortening my refund, however minuscule that shortening may seem.
Nevertheless, PopCultureSpot.com is not "in the clear." Let us not forget that the store's website is so simple, that it deceives customers into thinking that an out of stock item is in stock. Had it not been for this flaw, I would not have purchased an out of stock item; I would not have been shortchanged on my refund; and I probably would not be sitting at my computer, typing a negative review for PopCultureSpot.com.
PopCultureSpot.com's overly simplistic site ought to be updated, not only because the customer loses money if an item is out of stock, but because it is disappointing, perhaps even frustrating, to receive a USPS package that is too light for one's money."
