Outstanding service and good pricing

"My most recent Popflash purchase was a Fuji GFX 100s. There were apparently the only place in the country with one in stock when I was ready to buy. Their price was regular retail, but they don't do enough business in my state that they did not need to collect tax. Shipping was same day and the fellow I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and knowledgable. Fast delivery.
This was my second purchase, My first was a used Pentax 645Z which appeared brand new and the experience was exactly the same. I'm now shopping their website for a couple of lenses.

"These guys are the best Leica Dealer. I received my M240 within one week of my order. Not only that but I couldn't get one of my IR filters off my 50mm lens and Leica USA couldn't tell me how to get it off but Tony Rose knew just what to do. Worked first time. (use a zip cord) Tony Rose and Alex are terrific to work with!"

"They sent me a supposedly new Swatch with a damaged leather band, and now want me to pay over $80.00 in postage to have it replaced. They could buy and send me a new band for $25.00, but will not do that."

"In a google search, I saw a 24mm f4 Mamiya 645 Sekor C ULD fisheye for sale. This is a fairly rare lens. After checking out the store here and on some photo forums, it seemed legit. I put in the order, then got email confirmation within a few hours that the lens was ready to ship. It arrived as expected. Prompt service, great packing job, I can't ask for more!"

"I have to say that I am always weary of small online electronics companies. Its almost always better to go with the larger more safe company. Not the case for PopFlash. I just purchased the GR Digital from them and the level of service is unparalleled. I was experiencing some problems with the online ordering so I decided to just call. Not only was Alex able to resolve my problem but he also let me know that if I was able to get my order into him within the next few minutes or so he would be able to drop it off to be delivered. Yes it is a small shop but it seems like its a small shop that cares. "
