"I ordered a tshirt for my boyfriend and a women's tank top for myself. The tshirt was fine. But the women's tank top fit like a mans tankt top. I contacted customer service and all they did was suggest I mail it back at my own expense and be reimbursed the amount minus shipping. "
"I ordered two large, slim fit tee-shirts from PopUpTee.com and I was not happy when I recieved my order. One of the shirts arrived with a hole in it, and neither of the shirts were slim fit and were only labeled large on the tags.
I contacted their customer support and it was horrible. They completely ignored several of my emails, and ultimately told me to send the items back, but they did not offer to reimburse me for shipping, or respond when I asked for reimbursement.
I am unhappy with my purchase and I expect a lot more from a company's customer service."
