No customer care contact. Keep emailing them with the hope they will someday check their mails.
You can expect 2 to 3 weeks for you order to arrive that too if you a luck enough. Frustratingly poor. Look elsewhere"
"I ordered a camera and after two weeks of asking endless confirmations and questions they said it was out of stock and blackmailed me to send a more expensive model and pay even more money!!! STAY AWAY! They are clearly bait and switch scammers, they bait you with a slightly cheaper price and blackmail you later after holding your money to send them even more! DISHONEST SELLER! I hope they go bankrupt or arrested.
Also, I think all the previous good reviews must be fake/written by the portagadgets, just judging from how bad my experience was and how long they held my money. I could be wrong of course."
"hey! i was very sceptic about portagadgets.com but the price of the compact camera i wanted to order was outstanding. i wouldn't have ordered if there wasn't the possibility to pay via paypal. everything went well and i received the camera after 8 days only. i contacted the service team and got an answer within a few hours. the only restricting was the language of the setting menu. it was not possible to get a german version but as my english is good enough this was not a reason for me to cancel the order. i can't judge the service concerning return of damaged or not working goods but i can imagine this is not so easy to handle. the handling of orders and distribution was absolutely perfect. greetz. berlin84"
"My experience with Porta-gadgets has been apalling. four months later and it is still yet to be resolved.
First they deceieved me by misrepresenting taht they are in Australia.
Then when my phone stopped working - after 11 weeks - they have been slow in repair, and then told me that warranty was void. etc etc.
Unethical and untrustworthy in the extreme.
Beware, you are buying from a rotten re-seller. WOrst decision of my life."

Only complain is the bad german language used for AGB and help. And no mention of the additional tax which you have to pay when you get the product delivered."
