"I ordered a basketball headboard and received an email the following day telling me it was not available. They tried to offer me a football headboard instead. Not the same. The headboard I ordered is still on site and the price has gone up $15 (about 10%). Don't put things on your site that aren't available. I'd find somewhere else to shop."

"I never did get my order submitted to this site. The checkout system wouldn't take PayPal as the site indicated it would. When I contacted the merchant to resolve this issue, they changed their website to eliminate the free shipping. I pushed to find out why and was told free shipping was supposed to be for local customers only despite the fact their system showed free shipping to my exact address. After the free shipping was removed, the order was able to accept PayPal though I found another site that sold the same thing (table and chairs) for less money, had free shipping, and provided absolutely no hassle. I think Post Furniture is a real store, it is just run by someone with less than stellar ethics in that they attempt to lure customers in with low prices and then raise the cost of the order before fulfilling it. Isn't such a business practice technically called "bait and switch" and completely illegal?"

Postfurniture not only had the lowest price, the customer service was able to give me an additional percentage off of the listed price. I placed my order right way, there was no delivery charge or sales tax. And the customer service sent me several emails keeping me update to date as to when my order would be arriving. The delivery went very smoothly. I was called & told when they would be coming, & then again on the morning of the delivery. They arrived at the exact time that they has estimated. They were very friendly & Polite. Finally, I get my perfect dining room table set. I would highly recommend this company. We had an excellent experience."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I ordered a piece of furniture from this retailer and they charged my credit card. A few days later they called and told me that they did not have it in stock, but would have it in a few weeks and that we could expect delivery in 6-8 weeks which was fine. Then after two weeks they called me and told me that since I bought it, the price of the piece went up another $60, but they would cut me a deal and only charge me another $50. Since I had already paid for it I refused to let them do that and was told that a "manager" would be calling. Instead, they just cancelled my order and refused to pick up the phone. This is some absurdly shady organization practicing terrible customer service, ethics, and business policies. "
