"I have tried to email you about my partial dissatisfaction with the print I bought, but your response was not satisfactory. The print was a funny size, that is, it was only 7 1/2 inches wide, making it very difficult to frame, unless I had had it done professionally, an expense I wanted to avoid. I finally managed to frame it myself and make it work, but I can't understand why the print could not be sold as a standard 8 inches wide. Other than that, it is a nice print.

"Very disappointing. I paid $42.00 for the poster frame. Not cheap! When we received it, the ends of both top and bottom bars were bent. And as I read the returns policy, we would have to pay the shipping of the items if we want to return them? Not worth it if the potential is there for defects to occur again. In addition, time was of the essense, so waiting for another set to be replaced was not an option. So we tried to straighten the bars ourselves. When the bars were bent, the opening long the bar for the poster was narrowed, and we could not fix that. Very disappointed. Will not be a repeat customer. Would like a resolution, but???"

Regarding the particular products (it was a poster print and a poster hangar), the poster was fine but I wasn't happy with the poster hangar just because it doesn't provide nearly the finished product quality that a frame does (which I should have expected). I intend to return both the poster and hangar because I have ordered the same poster but framed this time"
