"I ordered a set of four posters through a promotional Zynga games link on Facebook on July 4th. I never received a confirmation email, but I did see a charge authorization request to my credit card. The offer was for four posters at $4 each, and if you didn't cancel, they would send you new posters every so often. I called and canceled on same day by phone. No one answered the call so I left a voice mail. Soon after, I did receive a cancellation email. I received my posters in just a few days, and my credit card was charged the amount specified by the promotion. And that is where any positive experience ended.
Three months later in late October new charges for $79 began to appear on my credit card statement. I immediately called the company's customer service number to straighten out the matter. Even during their posted business hours, however, no one ever answered the phone. I called numerous times and I left several messages detailing my issue: I had canceled the service, I had a cancellation number, but they had apparently charged me again. I also left several way to contact me.
I waited several days, but none of my messages were returned either by phone, or email. What is worse, additional charges have started appearing on my statement every few days. I have had to open disputes with my credit card company, and close my account.
This have been on of the worst experiences I have ever had with any merchant. "
