"This is one of the WORST companies to deal with...they sent their posters in the cheap CHINA boxes that are prone to damage (my box was literally folded in half when it arrived). "Horrible horrible horrible! Buyer beware! Not worth the hassle. Ordered 7 posters, paid for expedited shipping. They never shipped expedited. Receive two posters, then 3 poster...one of which was very damaged. Called again...4th time...and reported damaged posters and missing posters. They sent these out. Arrived finally and damaged again. AGAIN, never refunded shining charges as promised - very nice lady on phone but managers overrode her giving me a refund. No phone calls. Issued me a coupon for a discount that was invalid. Can't talk to any managers?!. Please find somewhere else to buy your posters!"

"I ordered 4 items from them via Amazon, one item was a Lot of 4 Star Trek movie posters, the other three were a Kramer poster, a solar system map poster and a Japanese art poster. The three separate posters arrived first and then a while later the lot of 4 Star Trek posters arrived. But they didn't, unfortunately only 3 of them arrived. The 4th poster that came with the shipment was another solar system map poster that I had already gotten. I contacted customer service, took them about 4 days to get back to me to tell me the 4th poster was damaged in shipment and that they will ship me a new one as soon as they get more in from the license holder. Fine, I said. Nearly 2 weeks later I got a shipment of a single poster. I opened it up and it was ANOTHER Kramer poster. This was the SECOND duplicate poster that they had sent me. I emailed them the same day. Today, after waiting for four days since the e-mail and nearly a month after placing the order, I still had not received a reply so I decided to contact them via Amazon, meaning Amazon would get a copy of the message. I got a reply less than 2 hours after doing this telling me the poster is on back order so they are refunding me the amount for the Lot of 4. While I appreciate the full refund for the item, the customer service was slow and I get the feeling their excuses weren't entirely honest. It's impossible to find the posters for sale separately so now to get the 4th poster I have to order it from another seller, meaning by the time I'm done I'll have 5 duplicate posters. I am not satisfied with the run around I was given by customer service and the fact that they sent me not 1 but 2 duplicate posters that I did not request and have no need for (what do I need with duplicate posters?), including one as a shipment all by itself, shows a lack of professionalism on their part."

"I placed 21 items by online on 06/10/2012. All items shows in stock and ready to ship within 1 business day. I choose Premium shipping service cause I should go out of country on Saturday. It's almost 5 business days, i think, it's enough time to get it. After placed the order, I did not receive any emails and any shipping information. I ordered a very large print of "Starry Night" by VanGogh.. While in transit to my house, USPS essentially bent the package in the middle, causing an ugly fold all the way through the middle. This is not a good look for a poster that takes up the majority of a wall...
I sent one short email to them (posterrevolution.com) explaining the damage to my poster. I expected, as Ive gotten many times before, a deflection about how it wasnt their fault. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! =D THEY REPLIED THAT THEY WOULD SEND A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! WOW! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I EVEN OFFERED TO SHIP THE OLD ONE BACK, OR SEND A PICTURE! They said this was not necessary, and even though they didnt say it literally, they proved too me that customer service and satisfaction was their NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!
NOT ONLY DOES THIS WEBSITE HAVE SOME OF THE BEST DEALS I HAVE EVER SEEN, THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! (not just their money)

"I ordered 9 posters from poster revolution for my apartment since we decided to spice it up a little bit. We paid for 2-3 day delivery and placed the order February 19th. We got two seperate shipments one on the 24th of Feb and the other the day after, but only recieved 5 of the posters and an extra 12x12 photo poster we never ordered. I emailed them and asked about the other ones, they emailed back very quickly and told me that they were backodered because the ones they were going to ship were damaged so instead of sending them they ordered new ones. I was happy with how quickly they got back to me, and how well they explained everything, but wish they could have emailed me to tell me instead of the other way around. Anyways... We got poster #6 mid march, poser #7 mid april, poster #8 late april, and are still waiting for the final poster. It's upsetting since we paid extra for 2-3day delivery and then had to wait two months in order to actually put them up on the walls since buying the frames all together was cheaper then buying them one at a time. Overall upsetting... at least they are quick in responding to customers though."
"I ordered a poster on Mar 25 2012, i got the poster April 13th 2012. I was Super excited when i got the poster, since it was a gift for someone, So before giving it to them, i opened it and it was the Wrong poster :( . The Poster was Of a Player of the Same hockey team BUT not the Right one, i was upset because the person i was giving the poster too, doesn't really like the player, so of course im not going to give him the Wrong poster. I got on my laptop, Went Right to Amazon and Wrote a Nasty review about them.. Within hours i had a Reply back from Anthony at Customer Service, He asked if i wanted the right posted shipped, OF course i said YES, i was also told that the Shipping fee for the first poster would be reimbursed and it was, And i didn't have to Pay Anything for the second posted to be shipped.i then Removed the Negitive review from their amazon page, and Anthony sent me another message thanking me for doing so.. I will probably order from than again, i understand i live in canada so it takes awhile to ship to me, but other than getting the wrong poster, i didn't have any major issues with them :) "
"Wish I had read these reviews before hand. These people are thieves. Received confirmation that my ordered had shipped. Unbeknownst to me one poster was backordered. After I gave these as a gift I realized one was missing. When I wrote them to advise and cancel the one poster they told me it shipped after my inquiry (how convenient)I reused the parcel via USPS and weeks later they are saying they did not receive. "I ordered a framed poster but the poster was cut off at the edges *significantly* - as in the central design had been blown up to exceed the edges of the paper. Then they framed it, cropping the design even further. I returned that after telling them the problem. Then I ordered another poster - unframed this time. Same problem! Fool me twice. "My order was set to be delivered to my freight forwarder to out of USA. What seller did caused me to bear extra high shipping cost due to getting the same shipment on two parts. ( even second part not yet received until today !! 23.Feb 2012
Finally and after come and go with seller one day saying they will refund the amount charged for this item next day blaming Amazon for hiding details on them and they can't refund. !!!
Finally I didn't get any compensation from Seller !!!! which means I was ripped off by this seller.
I was lucking that I didn't deal directly with Poster revolution.
The order was through Amazon a professional company that did protect me through the A to Z claim system.

My Last word avoid dealing with the Seller "Poster Revolution" if you want to avoid headache and unwanted surprises.
Be Away from Poster Revolution whatsoever!!
