"Our college department ordered a tabletop display in May 2014; we ordered the same item one year ago. The resulting poster showed a good 1/2-inch white space at the bottom. I mentioned this when I wrote to the account executive to extend our thanks. To our surprise and delight, she offered to re-print the poster!

She was very patient and waited a few weeks while we showed the display at freshmen orientations, then went back and forth with me several times trying to ensure the proof was the best possible. We took them up on their offer and sent the stand back to them for their professional re-assembly. Although there is still a small trace of white space at bottom of poster (our first one last year was perfect so of course we were looking to duplicate that!), we are very pleased with their customer service and would highly recommend them!
