"Ordered bedroom furniture for my kids. My wife shopped all over and really like the selection here, but I'll be honest, I felt the prices were high. After doing some research, they were a bit high but we got a good deal on some sale items and on-line coupons we found. The furniture arrived fast and they set it up for us (for an additional fee of-course). The furniture has held up well except for some broken drawer hardware which really disappointed us. I am not sold on buying from them again but I am not dead set against it either. "
"I am beyond disappointed and disgusted at the customer service and fulfillment..... or lack there of! An order was placed in January. At first, I was told that it was back ordered until End of May, then the beginning of June, then the End of June. And finally I was getting a delivery scheduled for July 2. Now, just 2 days before I am finally able to get the changing table, I receive a phone call that I am only getting part of the delivery. And the top was back ordered until the end of September. Which I don’t believe considering all the delays thus far. . Further, they make it a point for you to pay for white glove delivery as they bring the product inside your house and assemble for you. I’m told that the part that is back ordered will be delivered UPS. Where is the white glove treatment? How will I assemble the top of the changing table “3 months” after the bottom is delivered? I was preganant, completed my maternity leave and I am still waiting for the changing table... I will never recommend Pottery barn kids to anyone."
"I never , ever had such a horrible, absolutely the worst, experience than with his company.i went to their store in Manhattan, bought merchandise for cash, spending almost $6000.00 there, being assured that it's not a problem that I paid by cash.I was assured I'll get an itemized e-mail in 24 hours.Well, it's been a week and Is till have not heard anything so I called, after I saw NOTHING in my online account-NO history of any purchase. Somehow they lost most of my order, and don't see even what I did buy.I asked for a refund,which i am still waiting for.After I spoke with 3 different salespersons/managers-Jackie,Jay and Emily Wyman, all of whom tried to help, but even they were at a loss..Finally, Emily was able to tell me that I will get a refund for a bed (cost more than a thousand dollars)-AND she told me they sent me a $600 check??!! They lost items in my order and had no idea where and what..they misspelled my name and e-mail, I am sure they are working stoned there!I have no any other explanation.It's THE WORST company I ever dealt with,EVER!!!!Never , ever I buy a single item from them, and will tell anyone I meet not to buy anything from them."

"Early Christmas Shopping as I had received a Friends and Family Shopping Event notice - October 9-13/in-store purchases. Searched online first followed by a call to The Woodlands, TX store and found Grace to be extremely helpful who verified items were in the store and would hold until I arrived. I than check for stores near Richmond Va. and was fortunate to have Mary answer the phone at your Short Pump Location. Mary became an instant STAR in my mind...SPECIAL THANKS AND RECOGNITION....she verified the items, waited for me to call my son to see if he would pu rather than having me ship from TX., allowed me to use the 20% off card I had received and viola, sales completed, my son will pu my grand-daughters Christmas present and that is why to shop at Pottery Barn Kids! "
"This company seems to be completely incompetent when it comes to order fulfillment and customer service.
This is our experience:
We ordered a pillow from them, and received the wrong size. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes we finally got a customer service rep to send us the "correct" pillow. When it arrived, it was the same pillow as the last one!
We called again, and waited another 20 minutes to get a hold of someone to send us yet another pillow.
When we finally got the correct pillow, their rude customer service people then gave us a hard time when we tried to return the two incorrect pillows that they sent us. Even though they screwed up twice and sent us the wrong model, they had the nerve to ask us to drive 40 miles to return them to the nearest store location instead. Not bloody likely."
