“Damone,
You had originally ordered 2 of our QuickSilver top rail end caps, and 2 of our Thrify Roll up Banner stands. After speaking with you on the phone, we helped you cancel and void that original order, as you stated the parts you ordered were not correct. We then spent time on the phone to help you locate and order the items that you said were correct. Janae even questioned you about the head rails. She asked you if you were sure that was the hardware you had in your possession, because replacement parts are not commonly interchangeable. You told her you indeed had the Econo stands and to proceed with the order of two Econo top rails and only one Thrify Roll up stand. You asked why shipping was so expensive and Janae explained that the cost of the head rails for shipping would be more because the size of them are much longer and weigh more than the very small quarter size top rail caps that were on the original order. FedEx 2nd day air came up to $88.76, Janae offered to cancel the order again if you felt shipping was too high. She also explained that we get our rates directly from FedEx, and don't have a say in what they charge. You told her to continue with the order. This order was shipped out same day 6/28, and arrived via FedEx 2 day on the 6/30 as you instructed. I'm not sure what part of your current order is the "wrong product", but as our terms and conditions show you're always welcome to ask for an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) for any hardware items that are new/unused for a refund.
