"I have place an order for an HP Pavilion battery on the 5th of February and to date, I still haven't received my order.
While it's true that I've provided the wrong post code when I placed the order, I've emailed the sales team 5 minutes later to clarify my mistake. There was no evidence that my email was taken into account, despite the fact that the order was delayed by at least a week, thanks to the Chinese New Year.
Ever since, I've sent several emails to the sales team and their responses take no account of our previous communication. It's like it never happened. As you can imagine, this basically translates into them asking me over and over again to confirm my email address; which I do, but it's never acknowledged.
All in all, the absolute worst service I've ever had the chance to encounter. I wish I would have consulted this website before placing the order...

"I ordered a MWG ZINC II Battery on October 21st, I paid £7.00 for the postage and packaging and received an automated email that I should expect delivery in 2 - 3 days.
It is now over 2 weeks and my emails to both ****@**** and
****@**** have not been replied to.
The status of my product has been stuck on "Process" and the product is still in stock :/
I will be disputing this issue with PayPal to get my money back."
"My experience is not good. Both batteries arrived quickly so that was fine. Both batteries had faults......charge indicators do not work on either and one of them lost charge abruptly after 20 minutes. This seller has a crazy customer service set up; "don't send them back, pay more and we'll send you more...!" I refused and sent the worst battery back for a full refund. I am still waiting for that refund and am still waiting for the seller to answer my last 4 e-mails. AVOID at all cost. Pay the extra, wait the extra days and order with the OEM.
17th June Update. After a further 5 e-mails without any resopnse from the seller and no refund for the returned battery I now have to proceed with legal action to recover funds. It is not worth dealing with this seller - the products are second rate and there is NO customer service."

"I have had exactly the same experience as Pyjamarama. Order placed on 11 March 2010 and payment processed promptly, however I am still waiting for delivery and have had no response to my subsequent emails. Definitely not recommended."
"I bought a battery for my laptop from the seller. The battery does not register on my laptop it seems to fit ok, but the laptop does not know its fitted and cant tell how much power is in the battery. His returns policy is to e-mail to get a RMA number which he will reply to in 24 hours then to send back, but i have e-mailed 3 times with no reply, i paid through paypal so i went to paypals resolution centre posted him a few messages with no reply. His site has no phone number to contact him. So i am stuck with a battery that does not work, out of pocket nearly £90.00 and no way to get in touch with him apart from an e-mail address that he does not reply to. Be aware of PowerExpert I am not happy anyway."
"Very disappointed. No sign of the battery I ordered, no responses to my emails, no telephone number to ring with my request for information. The only efficient part of the process was the debiting of £40+ from my bank account. Do not deal with this company!"
