"I ordered bolt-on valve cover protectors for my R1200RS and I'm happy that they arrived quickly and they look good. I'm not happy about the fact they came with no mounting instructions, just a set of replacement fasteners. There was a piece of paper which directed me to . On that website there were mounting instructions for engine protector "crash bars" but nothing about the covers I ordered.

I'm sure I can install the covers without instructions, but the mounting hardware includes a small spacer and I can only guess where it goes. For the amount I paid for these, I expected more.
