"Always the same experience. They never tell you when a part arrives. And when you get there, it takes you 30 minutes to get the part. All that lady does is talk. Probably cant be fired"

"Ordered a part from these people and tried to get shipping status update. Called their customer service and was first told I was 14th in line to talk with someone. Said wait time was 15 minutes. A little later got another message that I was 12th in line and the wait time increased to 20 minutes. A little later got another message saying I was 10th in line and now the wait time increased to 24 minutes. A little later got a message saying I was now 6th in line and the wait time again increased to 40 minutes. After 46 minutes on hold I got another message saying I was still 6th in line and the wait time increased to 45 minutes. It is obvious that these crooks have no customer service. I also sent an email requesting the shipping status. Got no reply. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else."

"Ordered three lawn mower blades. Heard nothing for 20 days. Called them and waited for 10 to 15 minutes through their terrible call director and was on hold through what sounded like a cat drowning in a closed metal garbage can. Lady came back after several more minutes to say they only had two of the three blades and one of them had to come from another location and would be shipped tomorrow, 12 June. It's now the 28th and I've still seen and heard nothing more.
My advice would be - Nope."

"Took a very long time for the order to arrive. My machine was down for over 3 weeks. Everything was generic Stems instead of OEM. Communication was poor. I would avoid these guys next time."
