"I have serious issues.
I placed an order on the 9th of December and it was immediately charged to my card. Now 11 days later I have yet to receive any information on shipping and/or delivery. Despite 2 e-mails and creating a service ticket with the seller requesting shipping info I have not gotten any response.
I fully acknowledge that there is a chance UPS Ground isn’t meeting it’s schedules or that no-one was home to sign off but with no information forthcoming from the supplier I have no way of tracing the order.
When ordering online trust is the most imperative requirement and this delay in forwarding info is seriously damaging that trust. If I don’t get any response from the supplier in the next 48 hours I will feel compelled to ask my card-provider to contest the charge (which btw should only be made once the product is shipped).
As a rule I never give negative reviews unless I am 100% certain in my cause. I was totally content with the price, ease of ordering and the interface for finding parts for my computer. Since I haven’t received my order I can’t comment on the quality of the products. It is also very possible and likely that the delay is with UPS and even an off-chance a neigbor signed off for delivery. However my gripe is that I don’t get the requested info enabling me to see where the problem lies. I am therefor giving an overall negative review that I will update depending on repsonses.

Update 12/20/12 : I have received a response from PBM and there might be a reasonable reason for delay. Will update status once fully resolved.
Update 12/23/12: PBM contacted me regarding my order. Since the shipping address I use isn’t the same as the billing address there were some issues with the credit card. However these issues were cleared with one phone-call on the 20th and could have been cleared the day I placed the order. PBM updated the delivery to overnight and the parts arrived 12/21.
Overall verdict? Well… I’m upgrading to average. Why? Well… the parts are fine, the price competitive and the response to my complaint FINALLY good once PBM took action. I would however have wanted that action a lot earlier…"
