"Ok first off, I don't even know if this is a "real" company, for all I know it could be hot merchandise sold out of some guys garage that just had a fancy website. That said, I took a gamble and decided to buy a pressure washer from this "company" for my screen printing business since the discount price was so cheap in comparison to anywhere else (which by itself is questionable - deep discounts like these are unheard of normally).
To be honest, I'm skeptical if I even received a "new" item and not a refurbished at this price point but as far as I can tell the product arrived new.
I purchased my pressure washer last Wednesday and it arrived this Wednesday (5 business days - just as the email described). - by the way, the only email you will receive from this alleged company is a confirmation of your order. No confirmation of payment received. No tracking for your shipment. And if you email the company from the supplied email address on the site no one will respond to you for future reference.
When I got home today from picking my wife up from work, the pressure washer was sitting at my door step. I was amazed it wasn't a hoax to be honest. I was already preparing to contact my credit card company and report fraud considering the lack of communication on powerequipmentmart.com's part.
I should note that the package was bare, by itself. As if someone plucked it off the shelf at lowes and left it at my door step. No additional packaging to protect it from wrath of UPS. The item was lucky enough to not incure any seriuos damage. I would like to note that since the package was not enclosed in another box that the product box itself did experience some damage in transit. A hole about the size of a baseball. I think I was just lucky since the build quality of the pressure washer was fairly decent....pretty ridiculous that the box was not even placed into another with some sort of padding though.
The last thing I would like to note is that the plug on the power cable was horribly bent. I had to use a pair of pliers and carefully bend it back into place.
All in all I'm happy with my purchase considering I saved about $100 dollars, however considering the shadyness of the company, the fact that my product was damaged upon arrival, and that it's questionable if I even received a new item or one that's not some sort of reject I'd never shop here again. "

"I found the Powerequipmentmart.com website when I Googled the equipment I was looking to buy. I had never heard of them and was skeptical since their price was significantly lower than all of the others. I decide to give them a try and am so glad I did. The shipping was listed as 5-7 day and it came in four days and it was free. The mower I ordered was well packed and in perfect condition. Everything was just as it was promised. I will definately be checking their website in the future for any power equipment needs I might have."

Update: Finally heard back from customer service on a Thursday. He said my mower was "scheduled to arrive Friday". Interesting, because he later sent a tracking number saying they had just scheduled a pickup from UPS. Now how would he know when my mower was scheduled to arrive if he hadn't shipped it yet??? Also, it's Sunday night, no mower yet. Not surprised."
