I could not get it to work either at two separate locations despite spending 3 hours myself, reading the instruction manual multiple times, and spending approximately 1 hour on the phone with customer service, so decided to return the item. This company charges a 10% restocking fee that they would not reduce or refund. Simply makes no sense to buy from this company with a 10% restocking fee and risk this fee, when there are multiple other retailers which do not have this fee. "
