"After sending me the incorrect product, they finally agreed to send the correct one and after waiting an AGE the second product that arrived was exactly the same as the incorrect one originally sent. Both are unusable and I am a hundred dollars out of pocket. The products both came with a message that says “Please contact us before leaving negative feedback”. I can see why! Just a joke. Don’t buy from here!"
"I bought a power cord from here. When I received the power cord, the two pieces of the cord did not properly fit together. They loosely fit together and kept falling apart. I wrote to the retailer and didn't hear from him for almost a week. In the meantime, since I needed the power cord, I bought one from another retailer. So I wrote to the retailer a second time , now asking for a refund since I hadn't heard back from him. He waited another week to respond to me still trying to send me a replacement. I let him know that I didn't want a replacement since I had to go and buy another cord. I have emailed him back a third time requesting a refund. Still he's asking to send me a replacement cord. So it's pretty clear I'm wasting my time here and will not receive a refund for this faulty product that I no longer need. I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer."

I had emailed prior to placing the order to check the details shown on the website and received confirmation the items would be as advertised. Despite sending emails to three addresses, over a period of two weeks I have still not had the courtesy of a response."

"Ordered a 135 watt adapter for a Lenovo. They sent me a 90 watt adapter. I sent it back for them to send me what I ordered. They sent me an a/c adapter for a Hewlett Packard. It's taken over a month of back and forth just to get to this point. This company is a scam. They advertise a product for a low price to get you to purchase, and then send inferior products until you give up fighting. I think they stay under the legal radar because they make it seem like they are trying to run a business when they are in fact committing widespread fraud."

Seller did not agree to pay for the return shipment of the wrong article. Paypal refunded it ..... not cool. "
"I purchased a power supply for an Epson V700 scanner. I thought I was getting a an OEM supply or an exact replacement. What I got was a cheap Chinese power supply with the incorrect connector. The connector barely fit the scanner, and failed within 2 months, which is out of their 30day warrenty. I emailed them, but no response.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOLKS."
