"Encomenda feita no dia 18-08-2022 e produto recebido no dia 13-09-2022, 26 dias depois; repito 26 DIAS depois (já tive encomendas da China que demoraram menos tempo). Depois de vários adiamentos de entrega devido a rutura de stock, recebo o produto errado. "I purchased, in February 2022, a smartphone on this page for a certain amount, after two days they tell me that "it is not possible to pre-purchase this product" (it was a pre-sale product). When I go to the page I saw that the same smartphone was for sale but with a much higher value than what I had paid.

I confronted the customer service, terribly provided by Ms. Patrícia Rodrigues, who admitted that it was an oversight on the page when announcing that price for that smartphone (100€ difference). So the company spent several days announcing this great promotion, sold the product and then didn't admit the mistake.
After several days of insistence, I didn't get the answer I wanted, which would be the delivery of the equipment already paid for - if it's not my fault as a customer and I missed other campaigns from other companies, it would be normal for this company to assume the errors and send the smartphone.
In the meantime, I asked for the money back and unfortunately I will be forced to give my bank details to a company I don't trust at all. For two days now I've been under pressure with automatic messages informing me that if I don't submit my data or give instructions that the case will be closed (which makes perfect sense, keep my cell phone and my money).

At the moment, I just don't want to run out of money, even at the risk of providing my bank details to this entity, however, I haven't received any response for a few days, either by email or through the complaint presented on the complaint.

After sending an email with my bank details to return the money, I found that my order history was deleted.

I do not recommend buying on this page at all! If something goes wrong, don't deal with customer support, as they will never be right.
