I ordered a 7x10 rug and was shipped a 3x5 rug and was told the price I paid was for the 3x5 rug

"Do not buy from this company. They sent me the wrong size rug and charged me the price for a larger rug. This company should not be allowed to sell under Walmart. Walmart this company is giving you a real bad name. "

Powersellerusa is a scam business

"Beware of this scam business. Fortunately, I purchased through Paypal and was able to address this fraudulent transaction through them before I was finally issued a refund. I placed an order over a month ago and was notified that what I had ordered was out of stock. Instead of refunding the transaction like a normal business, they repeatedly tried to convince me to make another selection. I communicated that I was not interested and would like a refund. Two weeks later, it had still not happened. On more than one occasion, I reached out and was told that the "error" had been fixed and my funds would be returned by the "next day", but I never received a refund. I was even told the transaction had already been made to replace the funds. That never happened. I called during business hours and never reached anyone, having to leave messages that were never returned. After a month of emails and my unanswered phone calls, they still would not refund the transaction, despite them having never shipped anything, at all. This was not a return or wrong product situation. This was theft from a company that was hoping I would just go away. Taking the money without any demonstrable intention of filling the order is theft, not a "financial" department mistake to be corrected, as told to me over and over again. Be warned that they will take your money before shipment, for products they don't have and will not refund your money unless you have another business regulating the transaction. "

Don't ever use this company. They are not capable of filling of a simple order if 2 mini blinds they arent capable of doing anything.

"received a damaged item with missing parts. in order to receive a refund i have to ship it back on my own expense, which is in my case half of what paid for. bad customer service. "

Do Not BUY from Powersellerusa

"I placed an order for a large size rug on Walmart.com but when I went to check out, the rug size was much smaller for the same price. I tried to cancel right after I completed the order but their policy is I had to wait for the order to be complete to cancel. The order was in processing and I wanted to cancel less then 15 minutes if the order was placed to avoid the hassle of returning the rugs but I was told that I can cancel once the product arrived with an email attachment they sent me, with the original packaging and some number attached in the email, shipping and handling not included. They don't believe in their products and this is the hassle of cancelling in order. I have rugs I don't want, they have my money but this will be the last I ever order anything from powersellerusa. Letting everyone I know to never order from a place quick to take your money but does not care about customer's satisfaction. Can't give it a negative star but that should be an option."

Horrible Customer Service

"The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Their representative "Angelina" does not solve any problems or provide satisfactory answers. She would rather upsell than correct a problem and her back and forth nonsense gets so old that you finally throw up your hands in surrender....

Do your research folks.... Items can be purchased elsewhere for less.

"I ordered a rug and paid for it through PayPal. PowerSeller claims you're not charged until the rug has shipped, but this is not true. The charge was immediately in effect. I checked the order status over the next few days, but it was always blank. Finally I called and the person who answered sounded half-asleep and seemed to care very little about my order. I was placed on hold and finally she returned to tell me that the rug I'd ordered was out of stock! I had already been charged, and they never notified me (were they even planning to?). I asked for a refund which she assured me would be passed along to the "billing manager". Later that afternoon I received an email with two links to separate rugs she thought I might be interested in as a replacement. I decided on one, figuring it was worth a shot at this point (and I still needed a rug). There was a price difference between the new rug and original I'd paid for, so I was due a refund. She reassured me it would be placed back into my PayPal account within several days. I have the rug, but guess what - I still haven't gotten my refund from the price difference. It has been weeks at this point. Please don't risk purchasing from this company; it has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in online shopping."
