"Terrible customer service, worse I've ever had. No reply to numerous emails,calls and messages. Wish I never placed an order with them. Very slow service. Will never order from them again. Not worth the pain trying to find out when your order will be shipped. Told stuff is on back order yet their webs site says everything is in stock. Asked for calls to be returned to me before I placed an order because I wanted more info on some other items I thought about adding to the order and 2 weeks and no reply. Finally emailed them via another listing of items they were selling and got a reply. Funny, was told they never got any of the emails I sent yet I flagged an email so it would come back to me when it was opened and they opened it, yet I got no reply and they still said they never got the email. Hmmmmmmmmmmm I will never order from them again and do it at your own risk. FYI, first request for information was made Nov 2, with many follow up requests and never got a reply. Not even close to any holiday. Ordered the items I had a question on from another company and received them within 5 days. My order was placed Nov 11 now set to be delivered Nov 28. Site says 6-9 day delivery, not business days. Guess they decide when it fits to now say it's business days and more delays if a holiday hits 13 days after you place an order. The 28th puts it at 17 days from the day the order was placed and everything was in stock the day I order. Just buyer beware. When I did the review I even was sent an email from the review place as powersport said that the order in question didn't exist and I had to send a copy to them. I can see if they were having shipping issues but no response to calls and emails explaining the delay !!"

"I'd never heard of this place, but I couldn't find anywhere else that had a decent price on the chain I wanted as well as a rivet style master link to go with it. All the reviews I could find on the site really looked a lot like the work of a shill or two and every forum post I could find started with somebody asking for opinions on the site and ended with...well, nobody ever seemed to have an opinion. However, I figured they'd been around long enough that if the site wasn't legit, then there'd be a ton of bad press instead of the complete lack thereof. I went ahead and placed my order on 8/22, selected 5-7 day shipping, it was processed by UPS on 8/24, and the chain went on my bike when it arrived on 8/29. Everything was exactly as I ordered, charged correctly, in exactly the condition stated on the website (new and in retail packaging, that is). I don't know why this site seems practically unknown, but I'd suggest giving it a shot. My only real complaint is the way the website has large sheets of part numbers posted for item descriptions which you have to dig through to find the description of the part you're actually looking at, but that's really a minor inconvenience which proved to be well worth the trouble.
Edit: I should add that I'm not accusing them of shilling for themselves, just that I get suspicious when I see nothing but glowing reviews. Whether they do or not doesn't matter to me, I got my stuff and I'll be shopping there in the future."
