"I 'need' a battery for my 2008 Honda Shadow... I called around and Powerstride Battery had one for a decent price of $75.00. I called both the local store and the 1-800 number, mainly because it was cheaper on-line and included free shipping. However, if bought on-line the store will not honor the warranty!!! Both places, the employees sounded like it was a hassle to help/answer questions. I decided to buy it from the store, when I got there I found out they give military 10% off..... yah! BUT the guy for got to give me the discount because he was on the phone and would not correct the price!!! Really!!! It was too much work!!! Really!!! Such poor customer service, I can't imagine what would happen if I had problems while it was under warranty. I told him forget it I'll buy it somewhere else!"
