I ordered two small parts from this vendor. Ordering was simple enough, but the vendor was slow to fill the order. After a week from the order date, I emailed and called the vendor. The vendor's phone is a voice mail system, so I left a message. The vendor did not reply to either communication.

After about 2 weeks from the order date, my credit card was charged and my items arrived via first class mail.

Thus, while I did receive my items, the vendor is not fast or responsive."
