Their website is excellent for ordering and research purposes. If I need something I know that without a doubt Precision Roller will have it or can get it for me.
I also love their printed catalog and it is an essential daily resource for me.
My only criticism would be their shipping costs and sometimes time to receive an order.
I appreciate the free ground shipping on orders over $75 but it seems that that is being made up for on other ordering choices. I choose the free ground whenever I can but that can take a minimum of a week to get to me. Other, faster shipping possibilities are over priced in my opinion.
Overall, I love Precision Roller and feel being in this business would be more difficult without them being there."
