"Got the correct parts, but no instructions were included. Instead, guidance on the box told me that "[T]he installation instructions ... are on the electronic Toyota Information System (TIS)" and to contact the dealership to gain a copy.
Seriously? In the time it took to print and affix that guidance, they could have printed out the instructions and put it into the box. Or if f they're still too cheap to print out and include a copy with the product, they could load them onto the "online library".
... like I said in the title: "Could Have Been 5 Stars" but some folks just have to keep shooting themselves in the foot."
