"I ordered an Apple watch that I paid 170.00 for and it has not arrived after more than a month. When I try to contact them the site is "under maintenance, for 3 weeks now. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!"

"This has happened twice now-- I tried to order an item and the credit card charge was declined. I left the site and bought the item from another vendor and forgot about the transaction. A week later the charge showed up on my statement and today the item arrived on my doorstep.
The second time I ordered a different item and the charge was declined and I, luckily, thought to email them canceling the order just in case.
Very devious and I strongly recommend avoiding this vendor!

Follow up-- they say they are going to refund my money and they offered to send a pre-paid shipping label so I could return it. I asked if they could just have their shipper pick the box up at my house and they said I could keep the item. Wow- so now they have a much happier customer... needless to say. "

"This site claims to match other prices and lists and email and a telephone number for this purpose. However, we you contact them by phone they say they can not do that and the price is low enough already. Point in fact their price was higher than the price at the manufacturers website by $11 on a Eureka vacuum model 3670g. They were $25 more than the lowest price I found from an authorized dealer for new product. That was before the shipping savings. Don't be mislead by a nice web site and statements saying they are lowest price and 100% price match guarantee. At least they were not for me."
