"I had a communication problem with this company. They canceled initial order with a notification by email that their shipping calculator was wrong, and the true shipping cost was about double. I placed a second order noting that I would pay the increased shipping. Order verification was sent. The website order summary showed the increased shipping cost. I watched the website for 10 days as it continued to show order was pending. After 10 days I emailed and received a response that because of shipping cost error and item being out of stock, they had cancelled my order."

"I purchased two Rockford Subs from these guys and received them the third day after I ordered them. Now that is sweet. What I like best about them is, that they walked me through on how to properly hook up my sub and what ohms and what not so these sound there best, and boy do they thump! I would definetly order from them again!"
