"I have bee trying to contact them by email and phone for a year. I purchased beef over a year ago. I ordered Kobe pastrami, which was not in the order. After a few months of calling I got him and he said it wasnt made yet and soon will be and shipped. Well a year later and nothing and no response to emails or calls. This may is either lazy, stupid, a lousy business man but I think all three. I would NEVER buy from him. Be warned"

"I purchased and paid for over $200 worth of beef from this vendor. After 10 days, still no product. I called on 5 separate occasions and was told it was "being shipped" right away or the next day. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later, still no products. Just recently, I got an email that they cancelled my order. No refund according to my Discover card. Then, I looked on the BBB of California. The company has an F rating and many complaints from other customers who never got their food, or their food was spoiled upon delivery and they got no replacement or refund. I would advise strongly against this merchant! There are plenty of other places to buy high quality beef online. "
