"On October 18, 2015, I purchased a Braun Clean & Renew base from this store for $79.99. When it arrived, it turned out it was the wrong base. They sent a base for the Braun series 5 razor and I ordered a base for a Braun series 7 razor. I immediately returned this unusable item and was refunded $59.99. They kept a 15% restocking fee ($11.99) and charged me another $8.01 for shipping. On top of that, I paid $8 to ship it back to them. So I ended up paying $28.01 and have only the terrible experience of doing business with these crooks.

"I placed an order (1.7 pounds) on July 15th. They shipped it via UPS to Washington State where it was mailed via USPS to Alaska via barge. For that they charged as much as another vendor did for a 4.5 pound order that I placed today and it will be here tomorrow.

"I refuse to do business with this website EVER AGAIN.They do not offer full disclosure on their item, and I ended up paying top dollar for a refurbished item, when I could have bought a new one for the same price. They charged me a 15% restocking fee on an item I did not order! False advertisement of their items. They did not give me all the pieces. Customer service was HORRIBLE and they were so RUDE! I had to file a complaint with Consumer Reports and BBB. STAY AWAY!"
"I recently purchased a garmin 400c fishfinder from premium store, it was advertized as new in the box, when I received the item the box had been opened and the owners manual was missing. I called their 1-866 # and when I explained this to someone called carlos I was cut off with no help at all. I called again and spoke to someone called milisa, she told me there was nothing they could do, and told me to contact garmin.com to get a manual. I purchased this item from premium store,therefore I believe it their responsibly to provide me with what I paid for. I will not deal with this store again and recommend to others if they do so to beware. "
"Buyer Beware. The description does not match the item. They use deceptive practices, showing a fancy picture and description for a better product than what you will recieve. The description does not match the model number at least with there ORAL-B products. $60 lesson learned. They will charge a restocking and damage fee. Return postage is on you. Also note they do not have any buyer review pages on their web site. They have two itentical web sites. The other is www.factoryoutletstore.com with a bad rating from the BBB."
