"This company is fraudulent. There are multiple lawsuits against prep sportswear because they are selling counterfeit items and using logos to make them seem legal and trustworthy. Stay away! They are not associated with any of the schools/universities on their site. Report them immediately to your credit card company to get a chargeback and get a new card. After posting this review, I was harassed by email requesting personal information and threats. Do not do business with these scammers."

During the checkout process nowhere does it state that it takes 22 days to process an order and then another 10 to 14 business days to ship. I placed an order one week ago only to find out that it will take another two weeks just to ship the order and then I have to wait another two weeks to receive the order. I spoke with the Liam and an Aaliyah and they both refused to give me 100% refund. They only offered a 25% refund at first and then a 50% refund after I complained that it was unacceptable. Aaliyah decided to just leave the chat in the middle of our convo."
"Man, I really should have done an online search for reviews on this company before buying! There is not a page at the end of the order process that tells you the estimated delivery time and provides an option to pay more the faster processing or delivery, like pretty much all other online sites have. Customer service tells you this information is on the FAQ page, but again, who is used to going to the FAQ page for this sort of information before ordering? It is almost always provided to the customer with the option to upgrade.
** Update: A different customer service rep emailed me back and apologized for the delay and is providing pricing relief. This was very much appreciated although they still need to provide est shipping information or options for delivery dates prior to confirming orders online."

The customer service agent said the hat has to be sewn. My question was how long does it take to have a machine sew two words? The agent said they do not use a machine! LOL

"I ordered 2 T-shirts. No where on the apparel that you pick page does it state it is a custom order or how long it would take to deliver the item.
My order is still in production. Why is production taking so long but you only have 2 hours to cancel? None of this is stated prior to you placing the order. By the time the items arrive they will no longer be necessary.

When they have products in stock the merchandise can be good. If you need to utilize Customer Service, don't hold your breath. I sent a request in on March 2nd and just received a reply today from Kevin James who deliberately left off the date. Kevin did not even bother to address my question. Good thing I gave my business to the competition with great customer service!"
"Our son was signing for National Signing Day 2021 and the University Bookstore was 6 hours away and pretty much out of stock on anything that would fit my football player so we took to the web to find a source for his University. We found Prep Sportswear, good prices, good selection and placed a fairly large order to outfit a 5 person family for the pictures that day. Problem was, some of what we ordered was out of stock and was not going to be available to be delivered to us before signing day, even though we ordered more than 3 weeks out. We were stressed as what was out of stock was for our signer and needed more than the stuff for the rest of the family. I contacted customer care, it took a couple days to get a response, but they got back with us, worked with us quickly and got us sportswear that came out great, looks great in the pics and we're forever grateful that Prep Sportwear went above and beyond to take care of us on my son's special day. Thank You!"
"Wife ordered christmas gifts. No communication on when they would be delivered. Attempted to contact multiple times. No response. Items arrived two weeks after Christmas. One item damaged. Tried contacting via customer service email and contact us form. Still no response. Been 10-20 total attempts to contact organization about our business. About to direct message the CEO. It is 2021, customers expect quality products, delivered in a timely manner with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend buying from someone else. Even part-time etsy shop owners care more about their customers."
