"I placed an order on 11/24, shipping label was created on 11/30, but didn't ship out until 12/9. I needed these items for a donated gift item for a family in need by 12/11, but some how they are now promising delivery by Christmas for orders placed only 5 days before hand? That's a bunch of B.S. I'm extremely disappointed, I had to go purchase something from somewhere else, and thanks to their no return policy, I'm not out over $75 for items I have no use for, not to mention I emailed them TWICE regarding the shipping status and not once was I responded to. Horrible customer service, and extremely disappointed."

"Shipping took a long time. This is understandable since (according to them) they custom print every order. No refunds are accepted! The printing of the school logo is cheap. The colors of the school logo do not exactly match the official school logo. This item does not appear to be officially licensed. To be honest, the shirt itself is a very high quality Russell long-sleeved t-shirt, which it should be since the price including shipping and discount was $36. Might or might not purchase again."
"Bought school gear from this website. It gave absolutely NO INDICATION that all values are in USD, even though I am purchasing school clothing for a Canadian school. They charge an enormous amount of shipping charges, also in USD. I placed my order a week ago. It is apparently still in processing. I have tried to cancel my order but you only have a 2 hour window after placing the order. So when I was charged on my card the conversion from CAD to USD, I was outraged. I tried contacting the company for 4 days with no response. My order has not been shipped, so I have no idea if it has been actually produced or not. If it has not been produced, then why can I not cancel my order? If it has been produced, why has it not been shipped.
This is an absolutely horrible company. Do NOT buy from them at all!"

"Sadly, most people will only see these reviews after they have placed their order. If you are researching this company before ordering, good for you. I am writing this review while waiting for my order to be processed in June of 2020. Triple check your order! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE once you place that order. You will be 'chatting' with a computer that delivers pre-scripted messages. I could not get in touch with a human being no matter what I tried. I simply wanted to see if I could change the size of an item before my order went into production. All I got was frustrated. Horrible customer service never respond back, ask for a refund and was told no because it is a custom order and has already been processed well I don't do this kind of work but I am sure it doesn't take almost a month to but a screen print on a hoodie!!"

I ordered a shirt on Thursday night and never received an estimation of when it would arrive or an email stating it had shipped until I contacted them a 3rd time on Tuesday saying I wanted to cancel my order. I mysteriously got an email with a tracking number, which had no information! I no longer need the item because the event my son was wearing it to was on a Wednesday. BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered an item that never arrived for Xmas-or at all. I reached out over and over and Susan, flat out said they did their job, if it didn’t get to me it’s USPS fault. It dropped off USPS system a week ago. They have no accountability or taking any measure to make this right, replace or refund me. I’ve never ordered from a company with this level of poor service. I have to go to my bank to fight the charge because they don’t have integrity or practices that stand behind their purchases. Tid bit-They have no phone numbers for customer service on the site- never a good sign"

"Letting customers the estimate production time and shipping length prior they check out would be great. So they can plan accordingly. Especially since its "custom made" and there is no cancellation after two hours of placing order. It just seems all they care is to get your money and after that, there's no customer service. I placed an order for more than 10 days in advance so my kids can wear it at school on spirit week. Not only it's not even shipped yet but it's still in production. So basically they fail to properly inform customers. I will not be using your services again and won't recommend it to anyone. "
