"Order#240628 on 12/18/18 for hooded sweatshirts which are made of very light material unsuitable for winter time. Being unsatisfied customer, the company will not accept returns based on their unclear policies/practices unknown to customers until after the products are ordered. Also, contrary to the company's return guidelines, the products are just standard sizes off the shelf and not actually custom-made as they claimed. Katrina just repeated their unacceptable policies/practices when I complained. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews about the company before I purchased their products; others have made remarks of giving a ZERO Star review for the company. Their custom-made statement on ordered products is definitely FALSE advertisement to scam and stop customers from returning and/or exchanging their unwanted products. Report PREP SPORTSWEAR to the Better Business Bureau or relevant agencies so that negative business reviews, reports, and information will absolutely adversely affect their operation based on public view and/or potential customers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered two sweatshirts for St. Joseph and found out the date they have printed for the school incorporation is incorrect. I asked for a replacement using a logo without the date and they refused. Katrina used every excuse in the book and refused to replace or refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!"
"Just received my "Custom Made" order of a University shirt for my wife. Size is way smaller than their chart indicates and the art appears to be a heat transfer decal. Not the authentic college gear look and feel I was expecting. If you are looking for a screen printed, high quality authentic college merchandise item, this is NOT the place for you. Very disappointed."

In what should be a painless process to enable the storefronts on my sites, the customer service rep (Aliyah) has done a very poor job answering my questions, offering very little help as if I am bothering her. I was sent to the wrong item ... a men's shirt instead you want ins woman's shirt I ordered. He company made me jump through hoops to arrange for the correct shirt to be sent. When I let them know the item was a gift and I needed it ASAP, I was told, " why don't you just give the men shirt." They acted like they gave me a great gift by allowing me to keep the incorrect shirt they sent. When I said that giving a men's shirt to a prominent new female employee was not an option and suggested that they compensate me for the inconvenience, I was told that they were already compensating me by sending a replacement shirt! Yes, they viewed sending me a shirt I already paid for as compensation! Absolutely ridiculous organization! I am appalled and will never order from this company again!"
"Beware of this company. The product I thought I ordered did not come as described. It was a college logo blanket that should have had an engraved name (that the website let me put in). Now I was told this logo (which was teeny and barely visible on the blanket) didn't come with a name on it. Not sure why but they won't fix it, replace it and I got hung up on and when I called back was told if I sent it back they would ship it back to me and charge me shipping again. Waiting to talk to a manager there but I suspect it will be the same treatment, so just don't bother with this place. AWFUL"

"Do NOT order from this company! Placed an order for Christmas on December 7, 2017. Was told 4 times my order would be shipped our e next day and it is still not here as of December 28, 2017. Just spoke with a customer service rep who said it's in production as of today and I should receive after the New Year 2018. They did refund 25% of our purchase and are guaranteeing next day shipping when it ships out. Its neat they offered us 25% off our purchase (when they are offering this to everyone now). They are also offering us free shipping when we placed a $90 order to receive FREE Shipping anyway. Nice try prep sportswear! "I ordered on December 6 ,4 items and $160.00 billed to my card as soon as order was placed . It is was a guaranteed by Christmas delivery .I have received 10 to 12 different stories as to where my items are when I should have received them to find out they have not even shipped as of today. First production was slower than usual , and soul be shipped guaranteed on the 18th and automated said it shipped on the 12th ????? When I questioned that I was told it then they didn't know why automated service wS stating that to it didn't pass quality control to items being back ordered and embroidery not passing. Was then told products were being completed on Friday the 22nd and next day air promised at their cost to now UPS has not picked it up . Do not buy from this business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
