"placed an order with them online to refill my service but , but they cancel my order and didn't give me any explanation !!!!!!!
was waist of time"
"Prepaidwireless.com ***-***-**** in Maryland,USA used my stolen credit card info and paid themselves multiple times and issued goods to a thief. They fully acknowledge that THEY KNOW WHO/WHERE THE THIEF is--but will NOT share that info with a victim--BECAUSE {their words} " THE THIEF MIGHT GET IN TROUBLE"!! (Isn't that the POINT??)
As a previous rater stated, calling this company is pointless. The same individual always answers, stalls, puts you on hold and tells you the detective isn't in(if there truly is one) and will call you back--of course, they never do. It's been weeks..and I've called them multiple times. According to their stated policy, new customers MUST PROVIDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER so that a customer service rep can call them FIRST--to prevent credit card fraud...and prior to shipping phone cards to a specified address, or doing business via an Internet e-mail address. So, they do indeed have multiple forms of contact info for the thief.
I have strong suspicions this individual is working in a resteraunt, and has been skimming credit card info from patrons. It is difficult to contact the police or resteraunt establishment if prepaidwireless.com is not willing to provide evidence. I told the lady on the phone this was nothing less than aiding and abetting a thief who had violated both Federal and State laws..not to mention prepaidwireless.com , who apparently violated their own procedures.
In the meantime, this individual is free to shop for merchandise beyond the phone cards already purchased..if the victims are unaware their cards have been stolen and have not cancelled them. Consumers should contact the Better Business Bureau to resolve these issues, and then a follow-up call to the police once the culprit has been identified."
"This company is nothing but a bunch of flakes. They claim to have a customer service department, but I believe it in fact does not exist beyond a couple automated emails and a distribution list/email address that automatically deletes customer inquries upon receipt. I have contacted them multiple times, over the last few days, and cannot get a response. They charged me for my order, did not deliver my airtime pin to my email, and have made no attempt to contact me. Only AFTER you purchase your airtime from these goons, do they then bother to inform you that if you're a first time customer they must call you before delivering your order. It's a catch 22 for people like myself. I am out of airtime, bought airtime from prepaidwireless.com, and now I cannot receive it because they insist they must contact me first. I cannot speak with them beacause I don't have the minutes I bought from them, and they won't deliver until AFTER speaking with me, and so I'm dead in the water. And their customer service won't respond (coincidence?? I think not.)
It's a SCAM people. Don't buy from them!! Somebody should STOP these @ss-holes from doing business before they rip more and more people off. "
"Excellent prices, excellent rewards programs. I contacted customer service twice and never received a response, that was the only downfall, otherwise, everything else is great. "
