"I purchased this refill card with a request for me to add the refill and it immediately gave me the acknowledgement with the refill code. It was a matter of seconds after paying for me to receive the code. They also emailed me the code but by that time I had applied it to my cell phone account already. YES I’d purchase again from them. "Ordered online and needed to make changes. I applied changes online in "My Account" however, I was not sure it processed as the sub-par, phony looking website did not provide confidence. Their statement claims that orders are processed the next morning at 6 AM to Noon however, next day I was still waiting. Cancelled and re-ordered, thinking I did something wrong. Nope. Same BS. I called their customer service number and all it is is a third party answering service. They took down some of my information and told me that prepayrefill will call me back. Next day, which was a working day, not one of their closed days on the weekends, I still had not received a call so I called the number back. Lady asked for the same information and told me that prepayrefill will call me shortly. A day later, nothing. This "company" is a sham. Don't believe the reviews as I did. Based on my experience, this company deserves 1 star as I received no reply to my inquiries after I purchased some plans."

"Poor Service, even worse attitude!

Ordered from these people due to their promise they would ship something within 24 hours. Instead, they allowed the order to linger for several days causing a good many problems for me. I wound up looking at waiting a week from my order date to receive a simple envelope from them through USPS that should have been in my hands 2-3 days later (Miami to New York postage). When I complained they proceeded to blame everyone else under the sun except themselves.

Shortly after speaking with them about the order, I received over 200 spam text messages from a company listed in the texts as "phoneshop.us". A subsequent whois lookup revealed that phoneshop.us is part of prepayrefill.com. Bad order service then harassment!!! Avoid these text spammers like the plague.

Update:

Isn't it humorous that a company that did not yet have any reviews here receives a strongly negative review and somehow on that very same day it's followed by some glowing review by someone who's just registered for this site? What a remarkable coincidence!

Further, I've made an appointment with the NYS Attorney General's Office to file formal complaint over their documented spamming harrassment. These guys must think they're very funny. Not so much, not when they have a real problem on their hands.
