"I order from a number of FFL/firearm related stores, Preppers by far is the best and most friendliest store I deal with. 15 on a 1 to 10 scale. I had a strange request once, please hold a shipment due to possible weather event where I live, they said NO PROBLEM, let us know when you want us to ship. I've had firearms ship the same day I have placed an order from Prepper. Most online stores do not stock firearms, they are held at the distributor till they are ordered, then shipped to the store, then to the buye;s local FFL. Can cause over a week delay or more. I referred a friend, he ordered the wrong mags, they noticed it and called him asking if he meant to order them or did he want the other mag that fit the firearm he ordered. Most places would not take that extra step. "

My latest purchase was October 27th for a CZ Scorpion (My new favorite gun!) . After thousands of dollars and multiple orders with Prepper Gun Shop I felt compelled to let others know what it is like to purchase guns from an online gun store.

The orders were shipped out within 24 hours. They all arrived at my FFL quickly with what I purchased (no mistakes). Based on serial numbers and packaging, all the guns have been factory fresh (very important for the KSG). These guns have not been sitting in a warehouse for months or longer. I also like the fact that they have not been handled or dropped by some joe lookie-loo.

My local FFL is great for building custom rifles but they simply can't compete with Prepper on variety and price. I only pay $10 to do the transfer on my end and I save on tax so it makes it very worth it to shop with Prepper. The savings on each gun has been well over $50 up to a couple hundred but I pulled that number out of my rear so take it with a grain of salt and do your own research. Saving money is not the only reason to buy from these guys/gals.

I utilize the live chat on the site for any detailed questions. This has come in handy a few times. You will actually get an educated response from a live person that actually works at Prepper (I think).

A good review should probably have some balance as to what great and what bites but I can't think of anything other than two things. 1. I spend too much money on guns because of them. it's simply too easy for me to get on their site, look, ask questions and buy in the time it takes enjoy a warm slice of quiche. 2. Missing out on gun store patrons priceless comments and questions.

Be prepared to hear this from your FFL. "I can't believe you only paid that much. Our price from distribution is higher than that." To translate for them... "I am not willing to sell you that gun for that price and only make money on accessories"

If you end up not liking the gun or your wife threatens to leave you because she is not buying your argument for needing that 50BMG , you simply sell it locally. With what you paid from Prepper you can resell it for around your cost! I know this because I have done it once.

"E very thing was as promised. The delivery to my local FFL was prompt. I did have one issue a missing magazine and I called the Prepper per there instruction from My local FFL before the transfer papers were filled out. The issue was solved on the phone and when I got home there was an E-Mail on my computer telling me that my missing magazine was on the way. It arrived a few days later. I was very satisfied before the missing magazine and I am even more impressed after seeing how they handle this issue.
