When I first placed my order I ran into a problem, So I called and Derick help me resolve the problem right away. Prepper Gun Shop has a great staff. Derick not only did a great job. He shipped my order immediately, I placed my order in the afternoon PST. I mention this because North Dakota is split into 2 time zones. Mountain & Central. So they are at least 1-2 hours ahead of me. Fast shipping and on time.
I called a few days later and talk to Jamie and again had a great experience very professional and friendly. These guys hear you but more importantly they actually listen to what your discussing with them. It is hard to find that kind of service in most company's so I definitely will do business with Prepper Gun Shop Again. I used the live chat on their site to ask questions and their staff answered all of them very promptly (within 2 minutes!)
