After several emails and more than 11 days, I received very little to no response other than your messages have been consolidated into one number. Made no sense. Then Amy finally responded stating check your email in 1-2 hours. No email was every sent. Checked spam box for emails also. Nothing. Russell initially stated the order is "in the hands of their processor". Not a good company to try to do business with. “Customer did receive communication from us within 3 hours of opening after the weekend of his initial inquiry. We are not open on the weekends but the customer was emailing during the weekend periodically and became angry we did not answer when we were closed (we got all these messages at once and answered him and merged all the tickets into one ticket to not spam his inbox). Customer is not the best at providing details about an order (even on the review the order number was some random number which became an issue in locating his order) however this order did fall outside our normal shipping time we quote due to a high influx of orders. We have taken steps to handle orders to make sure they go out faster when order volume increases.”
