"I ordered a pistol a week ago, it hasn’t shipped yet. I am using a “verified” FFL to receive the shipment. The email that I received on my inquiry about a shipping date said that it was processing and would be moved to “ship” status today, and that the package would then ship within 48 hours. I have no idea of when my FFL will receive the package. I have yet to receive the “ship” status. Based on the limited information that I have been given, I expect the purchase process to take about two weeks from order to receipt. Great prices, very slow execution."

"Received the 2 mags in a timely manner and prepared to load them to use in my IDPA competition. I could only load about 20 rds before my thumb was about to fall off from not being able to load anymore by hand. I literally had to set the bullet on the table and turn the mag upside down to force the bullet into the mag. Then during my competition I was experiencing failure to feeds and mags dropping out of the mag well. The mags dropping out may have been my part but they sure sounded like they engaged. The failure to feed were usually the second or third round for which I would have to clear. I did notice that the mags were easier to load as the day and more use went on. Finally in the last stage I had a clean run and things ran fine. After the comp I ran an additional 3 times with the mags each but with only 20 rds in the mag. I’m hoping it was a break in period which I’ve never experienced with any mag for any type gun. Sure was a frustrating experience. But I’m hoping the kinks are worked out. I’ve also ordered a speed load specific to the scorpion mag to make things easier. I have no idea why these mags are so stiff. Anyway, I hope others have better luck than me. I ordered these because of the great reviews. "

"Ordered a pistol on a Friday evening...receive order confirmation and begin waiting for the shipping info. I’m expecting to receive it in my email by Monday afternoon or Tuesday at the latest...I don’t receive anything. Thursday rolls around on the following week (one day shy of a week after placing the order) and the customer service rep asks to place me on hold while she does some checking. She verified that she’s also surprised that the pistol hasn’t shipped yet as most do quickly and they’re always 2 day shipping. She comes back from having me on hold and says “okay it will be shipping out today”. That’s great and all but the gun shop I use for most all of my firearm transfers is only open part days on saturdays and is closed on Monday. My pistol as of right now shows to be delivered Saturday by 4:30. The shop is open from 10-2, so if it misses that window then I’m out of luck til the following Tuesday when he reopens. All this caused by the shipping department dragging their feet, in my opinion. It makes me wonder had I not called, would it still be sitting on a shelf still?...and to put the icing on the cake, I had to pay for this shipping. $20 to be exact for shipping costs. I’ve received 10x quicker service and turn around times from other websites that offer free Shipping. I needed the pistol this weekend for a shooting competition and thought for sure I’d have it in time so this has been a very frustrating deal."
