"BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a monogrammed hat from this company after I fell in love with one that my friend had purchased. Their website was experiencing difficulties and I had to message the company to be able to get the names of the font I wished to have monogrammed onto the hat. The employee told me the incorrect font to use even though I told him the specific name of the hat that displayed the font I wanted and he even sent me a link with the font I mentioned. I emailed the company offering to send the hat back in exchange for a hat with the font I had requested. They blamed the mistake on me, disregarded that their employee gave me misinformation and told me the only thing they could do was to allow me to purchase another hat at 50% off. I then called to speak with the manager (Ellen?) because surely this must be a mistake. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude to me, interrupted me multiple times and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I explained multiple times that I wanted to correct the problem even though it was not my fault and that, ultimately, I truly wanted to continue purchasing items from them. Unfortunately, this company just lost a customer that would have bought many other items from them because they refused to correct their mistake. Also, I will be informing as many potential clients as possible of my horrible experience in hopes of preventing this disappointing experience from happening to others. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. "
