They didn't charge the credit card for 2 months. Told them I didn't want it anymore and they said they were going to charge me. Screwed me there also. Terrible company and customer service."
"Ordered an "IN STOCK" snow blower on 10/10/2021. Order said it would ship in 2-3 days. That did not happen. After 45 days, still no snow blower and on their website it still shows as "IN STOCK" . Emailed several times and received NO response. Called 3 times and was told each time it was shipping that week. Did not happen. Finally called a 4th time and was told it was in stock but the ware house was behind picking and shipping orders. 45 days to pick and ship an order is ridiculous. Cancelled the order and went to a local hardware store and bought the exact same snow blower for the same price."
"On July 11, 2021 ordered a Simpson MegaShot MS 3125-S Power Washer. Shipment was quick and it was received with damaged shipping materials on July 14, 2021. I took pictures of the damaged packaging, damaged parts and contacted Power Washers Direct on July 16. Customer service email states they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Did not happen. The only way I can get someone to answer the phone is call for Sales and explain the story. I have spoken to two humans by telephone in a month, and one person via chat. One asked for pictures and label, and later asked for engine number. The second individual told me the engine number was wrong....provide ALL pictures again along with the picture of the engine number. Stayed on the phone with him until he said he had the email and all the pictures he needed. Last week, I received two packages....neither were replacements for the damaged parts. Something completely different. I have written to the headquarters with no response. BUYER BEWARE, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company."

" I decided to save 30 bucks and not order from Amazon for the exact same model pressure washer. What a mistake that was. I received a used, leaking, numerous broken parts for the pressure washer from “Pressure Washers Direct”. The company absolutely refused a refund or exchange. Finally, after PayPal contacted them numerous times, I returned the item, I still had to pay $75 shipping return, on a $180 pressure washer. What a complete rip off. Stanley, the manufacturer was more than happy to give me any parts I needed, but I did not want to become a repair technician. I ordered a brand new pressure washer, which I did not receive. "I originally found pressure wash direct online using Google. I did some research and also looked around on her site trying to make sure that I had the right pump for my pressure .washer.I contacted them to find out and make sure that I was getting the right pump before I ordered. Needless to say when I receive my pump in the mail for days after I ordered it it was the wrong one. I contacted pressure washer director and told them about the issue. They continue to ask me what number I called from when I called to find out what Pump I needed. they didn’t told me that they had no recording or phone call record stating that they advise me on which pump to get. Then they proceeded on telling me that since they did not have that in order to do the refund I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. First of all I wasn’t too happy about that because that was the first thing that they said to me when I told him that I had the wrong pump instead of trying to figure out how to get me the right pump and handling why I had the wrong pump later. They then said that they would contact me no later than Tuesday with an RMA in order to return the pump. Of course I was left with no other choice but to say OK and move on with my day. I have learned that pressure washer Direct is a dropship retailer and all they do is order from the manufacture and drop ship it to your home or business. Beware that their prices are much greater and you can find a better deal with better customer service and pricing Elsewhere. This is exactly what I had to do and I was able to sell the pump that I purchased from them one line without losing 25%. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company pressure washer Direct is a joke."
"They offer free shipping on their pressure washers however accessories they do not. I placed my order and was charged $20 shipped additional for a foam cannon. When asked about it after the fact they mentioned only their pressure washers were free shipping. Fine I just wanted to get the products because I run an automotive repair shop where we wash our client's vehicles. The pressure washer was shipped rather quickly however the foam cannon shipped out days later. Still waiting for it. Very annoyed. "
"I ordered a pressure washer from Pressure Washers Direct after doing some homework about the specific washer and the company. The washer was delivered in great time. I unpacked it and followed all of the instructions in the manual. After a few pulls on the starter cord, the handle broke off, before ever getting it started. OK, things happen. I called the manufacturer and they told me to take it to my local service center. I did and after a week I picked up the washer and brought it home ready to put it to work. Again, I followed all directions. Tried to start the unit for about 40 minutes. No luck. I called the manufacturer and again they told me to take it to local service center. Well by this time I'm into this about 10 days and want a pressure washer that works! I called Pressure Washers Direct and was immediately treated quite rudely. I asked why they would send me a product that doesn't work. The woman stated that the unit was shipped directly from the factory. I told her that I wanted a new unit (that worked). She stated that once it had gas and oil in it that it couldn't be shipped back. My next question was how am I to know if the washer works or not if I don't put gas and oil in it? She bluntly said "you don't"! Again I told her that I wanted something done about this and she rudely told me to contact the manufacturer for instructions for repair. I don't want a repaired unit, I want a brand new unit that works. I told her that I didn't pay the manufacturer for the unit, I paid Pressure Washers Direct and I wanted them to stand by their product. She said there was nothing they could do and asked was there anything else that she could do for me. . .call ended.
Bottom line. . . stay completely away from this company. They are just an order house and couldn't care less about whether the customer is happy or not. They have your money and that's the end of their story!"
"I placed an order on July 6th for an in-stock item, and they billed me right away. I assumed that meant they were shipping right away. Hah.
It is now a week later, and I've gotten no shipping info, no indication the item is shipping, and they've ignored 2 emails I've sent (one through google checkout, and one directly on their website) asking for more information.

I placed an order at 12 noon for this powerboss 3000 psi Pressure washer for $499.99 thinking it was a fair deal. Boy was I wrong!!! I found out that Tractor Supply Center (TSC) had the identical item for $100.00 one hundred dollars less!!!!!!!! $399.99. I tried calling Pessurewashersdirect to cancel my order at about 4:55 pm their number had already gone to closed status message. (How convenient) I then had to wait till Monday morning at 8AM to call. When I did the guy Steve told me the item was already shipped and he could not do anything about it. He went on to say that they would not adjust the price but he could not confirm it since no boss was in at the time. He said to me to call back (what customer service, huh??). I called back one hour later 9am and spoke to Chris he indicated he would “definitely” be able to help me and he will get with the manager to adjust the price and call be back in a few minutes. I called back at 3:15pm and spoke to Lori who tried to get a hold of Chris but could not and she said she will have him call me. I then waited till 4:20pm and I then called again getting Chris this time he says he was just about to call me and offer me $25.00 off the price. I reminded him I purchased a $3,000.00 generator from them just over a year ago. He says to me “you know you would have to pay TAX at TSC.” (Big deal $24.00) when we are talking about a $100.00 difference in their pricing. Obviously they do not care about fairness with their customers that have spent thousands of dollars with them. Of which I said to them “A fair amount on both our ends would be $76.00 off since I would have had to pay the $24.00 TAX”. Their answer was “all I can do is the $25.00”. What a poor customer relationship attitude and business operation!! Well I only want all potential buyers of their products to know what type of help and operation you are dealing with and advise you DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!
