"I ordered a small part online, and it was almost as much to ship as the part cost, so I ordered to pick up at Prestige. Got the notification that the part was in and we brought the order number to the Part department and waited FORTY minutes until someone else found the part right at the desk, under the counter where we were standing. No one appeared to be very concerned, although the employee who found it did apologize. Hard to believe that was considered acceptable customer service. I wonder how much Prestige would have charged us for 40 minutes of one of their employee's time?"
